Payment & Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we make it right — through revisions and re-work, not a scramble for a refund.

Effective date: July 3, 2026

Our promise: we make it right

The heart of this policy is simple: we would rather fix a problem than argue about a refund. Because our work is bespoke and hands-on, our fees are generally non-refundable. In exchange, we back every engagement with a goodwill guarantee — if a deliverable isn't right, tell us and we will revise and re-work it within the agreed scope until it meets what we committed to. This is the honest, dispute-reducing way to run a services business, and it protects both sides.

How our terms depend on what you buy

Different offerings carry different terms. The rules below apply unless your signed service agreement says otherwise; where they differ, the service agreement controls.

1. Subscriptions and SaaS

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. The current billing period is non-refundable, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Going forward, you are not billed again — billing is pro-rated only in the sense that it simply stops at the next renewal.
  • If we materially reduce a service you have paid for, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

2. High-ticket services and projects

This covers project-based work such as MVP Rescue, website builds, automation, and integrations. These are billed by milestone, and:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your slot in our schedule and covers work that begins immediately (discovery, planning, and commenced build). It is not held against the possibility of a refund.
  • Fees for completed or delivered milestones are non-refundable. Once work for a milestone is done and handed over, that fee reflects value already delivered.
  • Work not yet started on a future milestone can, by mutual agreement, be paused or wound down — the terms for that are set out in your service agreement.
  • Instead of refunds, our goodwill guarantee applies: we revise and re-work in-scope deliverables until they are right.

3. Digital goods delivered immediately

Templates, downloads, recordings, and other digital goods that are delivered or unlocked immediately are non-refundable, because they cannot be returned once accessed.

4. The goodwill guarantee, in practice

If something isn't right, email [email protected] and tell us what's wrong. Within the scope we agreed, we will revise and re-work the deliverable — that is how we make it right. This applies across every offering above and is deliberately generous: standing behind the work is better for you and for us than a money-back scramble.

5. Before a chargeback: contact us first

Almost every billing issue can be resolved quickly if you tell us about it. So:

  • Contact us first. You agree to email [email protected] and give us a reasonable chance to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. Where a chargeback is filed against a validly non-refundable, delivered service without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, and to recover the disputed amount and reasonable costs of the dispute as a debt.

6. Where the law requires a refund

These non-refundable terms apply except where a refund is required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions — for example, mandatory consumer-protection rights in the EU and UK — grant rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy removes a non-waivable statutory right you may have, and where such a right applies, we honor it. This carve-out keeps the policy enforceable rather than void.

7. How the terms are agreed

Non-refundable terms, deposits, and milestone structure are agreed at the point of purchase and set out in the service agreement you sign with Aashapura LLC before work begins. By paying a deposit or invoice, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and the accompanying service agreement. We do not publish fixed prices here — pricing is scoped to your project on a call — and this policy governs the terms once a deal closes.

8. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Failed or reversed payments may pause work until resolved.
